Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery assists China Communications Construction Third Harbour Engineering Bureau's Ensenada Port Expansion Project in Mexico

The Ensenada Port maritime vibroflotation stone column project in Mexico, undertaken by the China Communications Third Harbor Bureau, has been successfully completed. This project utilized vibroflotation stone column piling equipment, model BJVE-400-180-D, researched and developed by Beijing Vibroflotation Company. To ensure smooth construction, the project team employed a 1500-ton barge and established a temporary work area at the port's dock for material transfer, barge operations, and temporary equipment storage. The underwater vibroflotation stone columns for this project had a diameter of 1 meter, using a square arrangement with a spacing of 2.25 meters. The average pile depth reached 6 meters, with a total of 2272 piles. Throughout the project, our on-site technical personnel ensured quality and progress through rigorous quality control, daily detailed statistical analysis of the construction, and timely resolution of any issues.
