This project is general contracted by China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau Engineering Co., Ltd., with design by Huajin Wuzhou Chemical Engineering Design Co., Ltd. The foundation treatment uses vibro-compaction stone column method.

Zhejiang Petrochemical Zhoushan Project East Second Retaining Wall Vibratory Stone Column Foundation Treatment Project
The east No. 2 revetment of the Zhejiang Petrochemical Zhoushan project is approximately 880m long. The area where the revetment is planned has been partially backfilled, mainly with quarried stones. According to the current borehole data, the compacted fill layer is loose, mainly composed of quarry rubble and stones. The content of rubble stones accounts for more than 80%, with particle sizes generally ranging from 60 to 150mm, and a maximum of 400mm or more. The thickest part of the layer is approximately 20m; the silty clayey silt is in a flow plastic state, highly compressible, with a maximum thickness of approximately 25m.

The CI-2 section of the foundation treatment construction for the Daduhe Hard Liangbao Hydropower Station project is located on the Daduhe River in Lengqi Town, Luding County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is the 14th power station in the newly planned 28-level scheme for the Daduhe River in Sichuan Province, upstream of the Luding Hydropower Station, and downstream it connects with the Dagangshan Hydropower Station.

Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery assists China Communications Construction Third Harbour Engineering Bureau's Ensenada Port Expansion Project in Mexico
The Ensenada Port maritime vibroflotation stone column project in Mexico, undertaken by the China Communications Third Harbor Bureau, has been successfully completed. This project utilized vibroflotation stone column piling equipment, model BJVE-400-180-D, researched and developed by Beijing Vibroflotation Company. To ensure smooth construction, the project team employed a 1500-ton barge and established a temporary work area at the port's dock for material transfer, barge operations, and temporary equipment storage. The underwater vibroflotation stone columns for this project had a diameter of 1 meter, using a square arrangement with a spacing of 2.25 meters. The average pile depth reached 6 meters, with a total of 2272 piles. Throughout the project, our on-site technical personnel ensured quality and progress through rigorous quality control, daily detailed statistical analysis of the construction, and timely resolution of any issues. The project has recently been completed, and the project leadership has given high praise to the product quality and work ability of Beijing Vibroflotation Company. On the technical service evaluation form, they commented: “Your company's on-site service personnel demonstrated excellent and reliable service attitude and extraordinary perseverance.
