Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery assists in the foundation treatment project of the key water diversion irrigation project in Dabie Mountain revolutionary base area, Henan Province

[Overview] The Da Bieshan Revolutionary Old Area in Henan Province's water diversion project from the Huai River for irrigation is a major project under the National 13th Five-Year Plan and one of the first ten water conservancy projects promoted by Henan Province in its implementation of the "Four Rivers Management" policy. The project mainly includes three parts: the Xixian hub project, the urban water supply project, and the irrigation area backbone project.

The Da-Bieshan Revolutionary Old Area in Henan Province's water diversion from the Huaihe River irrigation project is a major project under the country's 13th Five-Year Plan and one of the top ten water conservancy projects in Henan Province's implementation of the "Four Water Programs". The project mainly includes three parts: Xixian hub project, urban water supply project, and irrigation area backbone project. A total of 689 buildings (including 1 Xixian hub, 1 urban water supply pumping station, and 687 irrigation area buildings) will be newly built or rebuilt and reconstructed, forming an irrigation project layout controlled by the Huaihe River Xixian hub and supported by urban water supply and irrigation canals, improving the water resource comprehensive utilization system in this revolutionary old area.

The hub project's vibratory compaction sand piles are arranged in the areas of the control gate chamber, upstream pavement, downstream stilling pool, upstream bottom protection and scour prevention channels, downstream seawall and scour prevention channels, and left and right bank wing walls. The pile depth is 7-13.5m, and the pile spacing is 1.7m and 2.5m respectively. The design requirements are that the bearing capacity is 180kPa and 125kPa respectively, the relative density of the ground sand layer is ≥0.7, and the number of blows of heavy-duty dynamic penetration testing is not less than 8 blows.

The construction equipment used in this project is all produced by Beijing Vibratory Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., including 75KW and 130KW vibrators. It is an honor to contribute to the country's construction.
