Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery assists China Communications Construction Third Harbour Engineering Bureau's Ensenada Port Expansion Project in Mexico

The Ensenada Port maritime vibroflotation stone column project in Mexico, undertaken by the China Communications Third Harbor Bureau, has been successfully completed. This project utilized vibroflotation stone column piling equipment, model BJVE-400-180-D, researched and developed by Beijing Vibroflotation Company. To ensure smooth construction, the project team employed a 1500-ton barge and established a temporary work area at the port's dock for material transfer, barge operations, and temporary equipment storage. The underwater vibroflotation stone columns for this project had a diameter of 1 meter, using a square arrangement with a spacing of 2.25 meters. The average pile depth reached 6 meters, with a total of 2272 piles. Throughout the project, our on-site technical personnel ensured quality and progress through rigorous quality control, daily detailed statistical analysis of the construction, and timely resolution of any issues. The project has recently been completed, and the project leadership has given high praise to the product quality and work ability of Beijing Vibroflotation Company. On the technical service evaluation form, they commented: “Your company's on-site service personnel demonstrated excellent and reliable service attitude and extraordinary perseverance. Their top-notch technical service guidance and adept problem-solving capabilities provided strong support for the project!” Beijing Vibroflotation’s unwavering commitment to its principles has earned the trust of countless clients!

Bottom Feed Vibroflotation in Timor Leste

Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. participated in the production and research and development of the bottom discharge vibratory hammer construction system, which, as the core construction equipment, realized the world's first fully automated pile driving function for offshore construction. The construction operation management system uses newly developed system software that can realize parameter setting, quality inspection, full-process construction parameter recording, equipment start and stop control, and visualized construction animation simulation. It achieves better construction efficiency and better quality control than previous construction methods. This project is a typical project for high-pile wharves and offshore rubble pile construction. It is the largest investment made by the East Timor government in its capital, Dili, to date. After completion, the project will significantly increase the country's international trade and benefit all the people of East Timor. Rubble pile construction accounts for more than 40% of the total project cost; therefore, the smooth progress of the rubble pile construction is crucial for the project's completion. The project involved 38,300 piles on land with a maximum SPT value of 50 blows and 14,500 piles at sea with a maximum SPT value of 70 blows. A total of two rubble pile construction vessels were used for this project. The Guangdong Gong Barge No. 56 carried four sets of intelligent bottom discharge vibratory rubble pile equipment, and the Guangdong Gong Barge No. 42 carried three sets; seven supporting vessels were also involved, with a total equipment investment exceeding 100 million yuan. Our company participated in the entire project, from overall plan formulation, experiment verification, equipment production and manufacturing, equipment debugging, on-site assembly, technical training for construction personnel, to technical services and consulting. As Zhenchong people, we understand the needs of our customers and take the initiative to provide them with the best attitude and service for the project. This has also been highly recognized by the project leadership team.
