Beijing Vibrating Compaction Engineering Machinery | Caodian Rubber Dam Vibration Compaction Stone Column Project, North Canal Xianghe Section
The Caodian rubber dam vibratory stone column construction project on the Xianghe section of the Beiyun River is being constructed by Beijing Vibratory Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. The Beiyun River section, starting from the Beijing-Hebei border in the north and extending south to the Caodian rubber dam, has a design stake number of Z0+000~Z8+200, approximately 8.2km in length. The second phase of the project involves dredging, excavation, and bank protection of the river channel from stake number Z2+500 to Z8+200. This area belongs to a fluvial alluvial plain with a uniform topography. The elevation of the exploration points ranges from 4.19m to 14.84m. The groundwater in this area is mainly Quaternary pore water. The measured stable groundwater level depth in the project area is 2.00~5.90m, with a corresponding elevation of 8.55~9.20m. The environmental water has weak sulfate corrosion on concrete; and weak corrosion on steel bars in reinforced concrete structures.
Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery | Yanzi Pipeline Capacity Expansion and Transformation Project, Changyi Oil Depot Vibro-stone Column Project
The proposed expansion and renovation project of the Yanzi pipeline Changyi oil depot is located in Changyi City, Weifang City, Shandong Province. In this project, Beijing Zhendong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. (Zhendong Machinery), based on the project characteristics, combined with its organizational and application advantages in geotechnical engineering technology, and the successful experience accumulated in the field of vibration compaction construction, organized the strongest and most efficient personnel, invested in the best quality equipment, adopted reasonable and advanced construction processes to ensure the construction quality and construction period; through standardized and standardized management means, to achieve full-staff, full-process, all-round, and all-weather control of processes and processes, ensuring construction quality. The north side of the construction site is about 400m away from Hanxing Road, the east side is about 400m away from Anlixing Avenue, the south side is adjacent to Mingsheng Road, and the west side is about 200m away from Xuanhe River. The transportation is convenient, and the geographical location is excellent. The planned buildings and structures include 1 35KV substation, 1 200m³ pressure relief tank foundation, 1 single-story process equipment area, and 1 single-story oil pumping shed, with a total construction area of about 2000㎡. The planned site is flat and open, with the maximum elevation of the drilling point at 3.91m and the minimum elevation at 2.86m, with a relative elevation difference of 1.05m. The geomorphological type belongs to the alluvial-proluvial plain geomorphology. There is backfilled crushed stone soil in the surface layer of some areas of the site, with a backfilling thickness of about 10cm. In most areas, the surface layer is layered fill soil, under which is silty fine sand, medium sand, silty soil, medium sand, and silty clay. According to the characteristics of the strata and design requirements of the construction area of this project, the length of the vibration compaction pile for the Yanzi pipeline expansion and renovation project Changyi oil depot is 9 meters, the pile diameter is 800mm, and the pile spacing is 1.6-2.0m. A total of about 10318.5 linear meters. The 130KW vibration compactor produced by our company is selected as the main construction equipment.

Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. participated in the production and research and development of the bottom discharge vibratory hammer construction system, which, as the core construction equipment, realized the world's first fully automated pile driving function for offshore construction. The construction operation management system uses newly developed system software that can realize parameter setting, quality inspection, full-process construction parameter recording, equipment start and stop control, and visualized construction animation simulation. It achieves better construction efficiency and better quality control than previous construction methods. This project is a typical project for high-pile wharves and offshore rubble pile construction. It is the largest investment made by the East Timor government in its capital, Dili, to date. After completion, the project will significantly increase the country's international trade and benefit all the people of East Timor. Rubble pile construction accounts for more than 40% of the total project cost; therefore, the smooth progress of the rubble pile construction is crucial for the project's completion. The project involved 38,300 piles on land with a maximum SPT value of 50 blows and 14,500 piles at sea with a maximum SPT value of 70 blows. A total of two rubble pile construction vessels were used for this project. The Guangdong Gong Barge No. 56 carried four sets of intelligent bottom discharge vibratory rubble pile equipment, and the Guangdong Gong Barge No. 42 carried three sets; seven supporting vessels were also involved, with a total equipment investment exceeding 100 million yuan. Our company participated in the entire project, from overall plan formulation, experiment verification, equipment production and manufacturing, equipment debugging, on-site assembly, technical training for construction personnel, to technical services and consulting.
