Bottom Feed Vibroflotation in Timor Leste
[Overview] Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. participated in the production and research and development of the bottom discharge vibratory hammer construction system, which, as the core construction equipment, realized the world's first fully automated pile driving function for offshore construction. The construction operation management system uses newly developed system software that can realize parameter setting, quality inspection, full-process construction parameter recording, equipment start and stop control, and visualized construction animation simulation. It achieves better construction efficiency and better quality control than previous construction methods. This project is a typical project for high-pile wharves and offshore rubble pile construction. It is the largest investment made by the East Timor government in its capital, Dili, to date. After completion, the project will significantly increase the country's international trade and benefit all the people of East Timor. Rubble pile construction accounts for more than 40% of the total project cost; therefore, the smooth progress of the rubble pile construction is crucial for the project's completion. The project involved 38,300 piles on land with a maximum SPT value of 50 blows and 14,500 piles at sea with a maximum SPT value of 70 blows. A total of two rubble pile construction vessels were used for this project. The Guangdong Gong Barge No. 56 carried four sets of intelligent bottom discharge vibratory rubble pile equipment, and the Guangdong Gong Barge No. 42 carried three sets; seven supporting vessels were also involved, with a total equipment investment exceeding 100 million yuan. Our company participated in the entire project, from overall plan formulation, experiment verification, equipment production and manufacturing, equipment debugging, on-site assembly, technical training for construction personnel, to technical services and consulting. As Zhenchong people, we understand the needs of our customers and take the initiative to provide them with the best attitude and service for the project. This has also been highly recognized by the project leadership team.
Project name: Dry Method Bottom Feed Vibroflotation Construction in New Container Port Project of Tibar Bay, Timor Leste in 2019
Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. participated in the production and research and development of the bottom-discharge vibroflotation construction system, which, as the core construction equipment, realized the world's first self-piling function for the entire process of offshore construction.
The construction operation management system uses newly developed system software, which can realize parameter setting, quality inspection, recording of construction parameters throughout the process, equipment start and stop control, and visualized construction animation simulation. It achieves better construction efficiency and better quality control effects than pre-machine construction.
This project is a typical project for the construction of high-pile wharves and marine rubble piles. It is the largest investment made by the East Timorese government in its capital, Dili, to date. After completion, the project will significantly increase the country's international trade and benefit all the people of East Timor. The rubble pile project accounts for more than 40% of the total project cost, so the smooth progress of the rubble pile project is crucial for the successful completion of the project. A total of 38,300 piles with a maximum SPT value of 50 blows were completed onshore and 14,500 piles with a maximum SPT value of 70 blows were completed offshore. Two rubble pile construction vessels were used for this project: the Guangdong Engineering Barge No. 56, carrying four sets of intelligent bottom-discharge vibroflotation rubble pile equipment, and the Guangdong Engineering Barge No. 42, carrying three sets. There were also seven supporting vessels, with a total equipment investment of over 100 million yuan. Our company was involved in the entire process of the project, from overall scheme formulation, experimental verification, equipment production and manufacturing, equipment debugging, on-site assembly, on-site assembly, technical training for construction personnel, technical services and consulting. As vibroflotation professionals, we considered our customers' needs and responded promptly, providing the best attitude and service for the project, which was also highly recognized by the project leadership team.
