Vibratory hammer is a special tool used in vibratory compaction construction. Its working principle is that the submersible motor drives the eccentric block inside the vibrator to generate centrifugal force through the coupling, making the whole vibratory hammer generate horizontal vibration. Vibratory hammer can be used in the construction of filling vibratory piles and compaction vibratory piles. It is suitable for the reinforcement of foundations such as gravel soil, sand soil, silty soil, clay soil, artificial fill and collapsible soil, as well as the densification and liquefaction resistance treatment of various liquefiable soils. After vibratory treatment, the stratum can withstand a certain dynamic load, which can improve the bearing capacity of the foundation, reduce the settlement, increase the stability of the foundation, and improve the anti-liquefaction capacity of the earthquake.

After the Tangshan earthquake in 1976, China paid great attention to the research on seismic reinforcement of building foundations. The former Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power entrusted the Beijing Survey and Design Institute to establish a vibratory compaction research group, which independently developed a 30KW vibratory hammer. It was successfully applied to the seismic reinforcement project of the fine sand dam foundation of the GuanTing Reservoir in Beijing. In 1982, a 75KW high-power vibratory hammer was developed, which greatly improved the application range of vibratory compaction technology. From 1976 to 1985, the vibratory compaction research and experimental group successively completed dozens of vibratory compaction stone column projects, including the引滦工程, the Lagdo Reservoir in the Republic of Cameroon, and the Jilin QianGuo Refinery. Power Model At present, Beijing Vibratory Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. has accumulated 40 years of experience in the design, construction, improvement, and development of vibratory hammers in China, forming a series of domestic electric vibratory hammers with multiple models targeting different strata. According to the outer diameter, they are divided into 325, 377, and 426 series. The power has developed from 30KW to 260KW.
Supporting the key infrastructure treatment project for the Hongshui River irrigation project in Dabieshan Revolutionary Old Area, Henan Province

The Huaihe River Water Supply and Irrigation Project in Dabie Mountain Revolutionary Old Area of Henan Province is a major project of the 13th Five-Year Plan and one of the first ten water conservancy projects implemented by Henan Province under its "Four Water Management" initiative. The project mainly includes three parts: Xixian hub project, urban water supply project, and irrigation area backbone project. A total of 689 buildings (including 1 Xixian hub, 1 urban water supply pumping station, and 687 irrigation area buildings) will be newly built or rebuilt. The project will form a layout of Huaihe River water supply and irrigation project controlled by the Xixian hub on the main stream of the Huaihe River and supported by urban water supply and irrigation canals, improving the water resources comprehensive utilization system in this revolutionary old area. The hub project's vibro-compaction piles are arranged in the areas of the regulating gate chamber, upstream pavement, downstream stilling basin, upstream bottom protection and anti-scour channel, downstream dyke and anti-scour channel, and left and right abutment wingwalls. The piles are 7-13.5m deep, with spacing of 1.7m and 2.5m; the design requirements are bearing capacity of 180kPa and 125kPa, respectively, relative density of the foundation sand layer ≥0.7, and the number of blows of the heavy-duty dynamic probing not less than 8 blows. The construction equipment for this project is manufactured by Beijing Vibro Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., including 75KW and 130KW vibrators.
