Supporting the key infrastructure treatment project for the Hongshui River irrigation project in Dabieshan Revolutionary Old Area, Henan Province

The Dabieshan Revolutionary Old Area in Henan Province's Huaihe River Water Diversion Irrigation Project is a major project of the National 13th Five-Year Plan and one of the top ten water conservancy projects in Henan Province's "Four Water Control" initiative. The main construction includes three parts: Xixian hub project, urban water supply project, and irrigation district backbone project. A total of 689 buildings will be newly built or rebuilt (including 1 Xixian hub, 1 urban water supply pumping station, and 687 irrigation district buildings). This will create an irrigation project layout controlled by the Huaihe River Xixian hub and supported by urban water supply and irrigation canals, improving the comprehensive water resource utilization system in this revolutionary old area.
The hub project's vibro-compaction piles are arranged in the regulating gate chamber, upstream apron, downstream stilling basin, upstream base protection and scour protection channel, downstream embankment and scour protection channel, and left and right bank wing walls. Pile depth ranges from 7 to 13.5m, with pile spacing of 1.7m and 2.5m; the design bearing capacity requirements are 180kPa and 125kPa, respectively, with the relative density of the foundation sand layer ≥0.7 and a heavy-duty dynamic probe blow count of no less than 8 blows.
The construction equipment used in this project is manufactured by Beijing Vibro Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., including 75KW and 130KW vibrators. It's an honor to contribute to the nation's construction.
