Vibration Driving Method Innovation Practice, Opening a New Perspective for the Industry
Zhang Peng, General Manager of Beijing Zhenchong Machinery International Development Center, shared "Innovation and Application of Vibration Driving Method in Ground Improvement" at the meeting, opening up a new perspective for technological innovation in the industry.
As a ground improvement device, the vibratory hammer works on the principle of horizontal vibration combined with high-pressure water or high-pressure air to compact loose soil layers, or to create holes in the soil layer, backfill with stable, hard, coarse-grained materials, and then compact them to form a reinforced body, also known as a vibration pile. The reinforced body and the surrounding soil form a composite foundation. After 40 years of development, Beijing Zhenchong Machinery's vibratory hammers have a power range of up to 300 kW and can achieve ultra-deep piles of 70 meters, demonstrating the company's outstanding strength in technological innovation.
