Deepen industry-academia-research cooperation to promote innovation and development in the vibrating hammer industry

With the gradual advancement of the "14th Five-Year Plan," the Foundation and Substructure Institute of China Academy of Building Research (hereinafter referred to as "the Institute") and Beijing Vibroflotation Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Vibroflotation Machinery") have reached a strategic cooperation agreement, aiming to jointly promote the development and innovation of vibroflotation technology.

 

On December 12, a team from the Institute, dispatched by Gao Wensheng, director of the Institute, visited Beijing Vibroflotation Machinery. Both sides held in-depth discussions on future cooperation and development. The meeting discussed how to leverage technological innovation and improved construction methods to promote the advancement of vibroflotation technology, achieving more efficient and environmentally friendly construction projects.

 

 

 

 

 

In the morning, guided by Zhang Weimin, general manager of the product center at Beijing Vibroflotation Machinery, the Institute representatives visited the company's factory and learned in detail about the operation of the production line. Zhang Weimin gave a detailed introduction to the company's product advantages in terms of quality, precision, and intelligence, showcasing Beijing Vibroflotation Machinery's professional strength and innovation capabilities in the field of engineering machinery.

 

At the subsequent symposium, Professor Zhu Chunming from the Institute emphasized the importance of "concept first, mechanism-based," and shared new perspectives on water filtration during construction and water retention after construction for vibroflotation methods, providing new ideas for the cooperation between the two parties. Dr. Sheng Zhiqiang detailed the vibroflotation powder spraying test plan to be jointly carried out by both sides, laying a scientific research foundation for the early realization of the vibroflotation powder spraying stone column construction method.
 
Tian Sasa, general manager of the international business department of Beijing Vibroflotation Machinery, detailed the innovation and application of Beijing Vibroflotation Machinery's products, and emphasized the importance of overseas market expansion and promotion, showcasing Beijing Vibroflotation Machinery's competitiveness and influence in the global market. Wu Hongcai, general manager of the port and waterway business department, shared the development status of the national port and waterway sector and successful cases of vibroflotation methods in port foundation construction, highlighting the key role of vibroflotation methods in the construction of key infrastructure. Fang Rui from the hydropower business department introduced project situations in the domestic and international hydropower industries and made an in-depth outlook on future development trends in the hydropower industry, providing a broad vision for the application of vibroflotation methods in the hydropower industry. Zang Chengxin, chief technical engineer, and Liu Jie, general manager of the construction method promotion center, respectively shared construction cases in multiple fields, providing a practical basis and experience reference for the cooperation between the two parties.

 

Dr. Qiu Rendong from the Foundation and Substructure Institute of China Academy of Building Research expressed sincere gratitude for the valuable knowledge shared by Beijing Vibroflotation Machinery in the industry. The Institute attaches great importance to this cooperation.
