The Maritime Silk Road of China has brought historical development opportunities to Southeast Asian countries. On the beautiful Indochinese Peninsula, there is a meandering river, a湛蓝sky, magnificent tropical scenery, and vast undeveloped virgin land. This is the Mekong Delta in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. The vibratory hammer stands tall between heaven and earth like a stabilizing needle, forming a beautiful picture with the green water and blue sky.
Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. signed a contract for the sale and technical service of vibratory hammers with the procurement department of Cambodia Jiahua Company. With the strong support of the leadership of Zhenchong Machinery Company and the active coordination of the business personnel, the Jinyindao vibratory compaction construction began pile testing on October 1, 2020. According to the measurement of the site elevation before and after construction, the ground in the pile testing area dropped by 60 cm, and the apparent vibratory compaction effect was good; standard penetration tests were conducted before and after construction in the pile testing area, and the standard penetration blows increased significantly. This was unanimously recognized by Overseas Cambodia China Investment Co., Ltd. (OCIC), and a supply contract was signed again.
The successful completion of the Jinyindao project marks the debut of Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. in Cambodia, laying a solid foundation for opening up the Cambodian market, achieving the company's strategic goal of going global, facilitating the expansion of new projects, embarking on a new journey, and starting a new chapter!
Green mountains and clear waters are invaluable assets. During the construction process, in order to reduce environmental pollution, our technicians suggested using a water-gas linkage method, which accelerated the construction progress and reduced emissions. At the same time, the company's employees stationed in Cambodia have established deep friendships with the leaders and employees of Overseas Cambodia China Investment Co., Ltd. (OCIC). Mr. Fang Qiaosheng, chairman of Jiahua Company, visited the island several times to express his concern and invited us to inspect the new Phnom Penh airport project. In view of this, we will closely follow the progress of the Jinyindao project, continue to provide remote technical services, and pay attention to the Phnom Penh city to the new airport highway project invested by OCIC.
From equipment installation to vibratory compaction construction, our technical personnel have provided full follow-up services. Equipment engineers have provided hands-on training to local workers on assembly and have explained the precautions in detail. During the vibratory compaction construction, the construction parameters were adjusted in time according to the geological conditions, and the process was optimized. The original record data is real and concise, and the scheme is simple and easy to operate and implement. According to the detection of a third-party testing agency in Cambodia, the densification effect of the vibratory compaction area is good and the quality is reliable. The planned area of the artificial island is 129 hectares. Due to the rainy season, less than one-third has been reclaimed. The island road vibratory compaction project is proceeding in an orderly manner.
