Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery participated in the "15th National Symposium on Ground Improvement"

The 15th National Academic Discussion on Ground Improvement concluded successfully in the beautiful city of Wuhan. This conference was hosted by the Ground Improvement Academic Committee of the Geotechnical and Geoengineering Branch of the China Society for Civil Engineering. The "National Academic Discussion on Ground Improvement" is an industry event held biennially. This year's conference was large in scale and attracted many prominent figures; this conference specially invited Professor Gong Xiaonan, academic committee director, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Zhejiang University; Professor Ye Guanbao, deputy director of the Ground Improvement Academic Committee, Tongji University; Mr. You Ruikai, chairman of the China Communications Second Harbor Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd.; Mr. Zhan Zhongguo, deputy general manager of the Wuhan Survey and Research Institute of China Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd.; Mr. Han Jie, director of the Ground Improvement Committee of the Geotechnical Engineering Branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers; and Mr. Tan Huachu, chief engineer of the Hubei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, among many other experts, scholars, and business leaders who attended and delivered technical reports at the conference.
At the academic discussion, many experts and scholars mentioned the importance of vibroflotation in soft ground treatment in their conference reports, with further detailed discussions and high praise for the vibroflotation method.
Academician Gong Xiaonan of the Chinese Academy of Engineering delivered a conference report titled "Review and Prospect of Composite Foundation Technology"
Mr. Qin Zhiguang from China Communications Fourth Harbor Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd. delivered a conference report titled "Theoretical and Engineering Application Research on Fill-less Vibroflotation for Strengthening Underwater Sandy Soil Foundations"
Professor Cong Aiseng from China Water Resources & Hydropower Consulting Group Zhujiang Planning & Survey Design Co., Ltd. delivered a conference report titled "Ground Improvement for Complex Foundation Deep Excavations and Soft Soil Tunnels"
The report mentioned one of the eight ground improvement measures for the upper part of the foundation pit: vibroflotation to consolidate the surface layer of silty fine sand
