Successful Test Pile: A Resounding Success
Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. and the Cambodian Jia Hua Company Procurement Department signed a contract for the sale and technical service of vibroflotation equipment. With the strong support of the leadership of Zhenchong Machinery Company and the active coordination of the business personnel, the Jin Yin Dao vibroflotation construction began its test pile on October 1, 2020. According to the measurement of the site elevation before and after construction, the ground in the test pile area dropped by 60cm, and the apparent vibroflotation densification effect was good; Standard penetration tests were conducted before and after construction in the test pile area, and the standard penetration blows were significantly increased. This was unanimously recognized by Overseas Cambodian Hua Investment Co., Ltd. (OCIC), and a new supply contract was signed.

During construction, to reduce environmental pollution, our technical personnel suggested using a water-air linkage method, which accelerated the construction progress and reduced emissions. At the same time, the company's employees stationed in Cambodia have established deep friendship with the leaders and employees of Overseas Cambodian Hua Investment Co., Ltd. (OCIC). Lord Fang Qiaosheng, chairman of Jia Hua Company, visited the island several times to express his concern and invited our company to inspect the Phnom Penh New Airport project. In view of this, we will closely follow the progress of the Jin Yin Dao project, continue to provide remote technical services, and pay attention to the Phnom Penh city to the new airport expressway project invested by OCIC.
Feasible Plan, Controllable Quality
From equipment entry and assembly to vibroflotation construction, our technical personnel provided full-process tracking service. Equipment engineers taught local workers assembly and explained precautions in detail. During vibroflotation construction, construction parameters were adjusted in time according to geological conditions, and the process was optimized. The original record data was true and concise, and the plan was simple and easy to operate and implement. According to the detection by a third-party testing institution in Cambodia, the densification effect of the vibroflotation area is good and the quality is reliable. The planned area of the artificial island is 129 hectares, and due to the rainy season, less than one-third has been filled so far. The island road vibroflotation project is underway in an orderly manner.
