2021 Annual Third Session of the First Shareholders' Meeting and Board of Directors
On May 28, 2021, Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. held its 2021 Annual Third Session of the First Shareholders' Meeting and Board of Directors. Key attendees included Hao Yong, General Manager/Shareholder Representative of China Energy Construction Zhenchong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.; Lu Wei, Director of Human Resources; Song Hongying, Director of Administration/Chairman of the Trade Union; Zhou Jingjing, Director of the Office; Gao Chang'an, Chairman/Shareholder Representative of Beijing Chang'an Guangda Group; Zhang Guangbiao, General Manager of Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd.; Guo Jianhua, Chief Financial Officer; and Wang Xuejiao, Assistant General Manager. The meeting was chaired by Song Hongying, Director of Administration/Chairman of the Trade Union of China Energy Construction Zhenchong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.
The meeting was mainly divided into four parts:
01 Election of the Company Chairman
On-site vote by show of hands. According to the voting results, Song Hongying was appointed Chairman of Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd.
02 Appointment of the Company General Manager
After deliberation by the board of directors, Zhang Guangbiao was reappointed as General Manager of Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd.
03 Review of the Company's 2020 Annual General Manager's Work Report
Zhang Guangbiao, General Manager of Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., delivered a detailed work report covering production and operation, product R&D, marketing management, market development and promotion, corporate publicity, engineering expansion and project performance, the company's intellectual property layout in 2020, improvement of the company's system management, the company's award-winning situation, and the key work and outlook for 2021.
04 Review of the Company's 2020 Annual Financial Performance Report and 2021 Annual Financial Budget Draft
Guo Jianhua, Chief Financial Officer of Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., gave a detailed report on the company's main business income, business costs, asset-liability situation, cash flow, etc. in 2020, and the 2021 annual financial budget.
2021 Employee Conference
Hao Yong, General Manager/Shareholder Representative of China Energy Construction Zhenchong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., delivered a speech. First, he fully affirmed Zhenchong Machinery's diligent cultivation of the Zhenchong industry. Second, he stated that China Energy Construction Zhenchong and Zhenchong Machinery are both Zhenchong people and should work together to contribute to the national Zhenchong industry. He also suggested that professional Zhenchong people use their enthusiasm and confidence to make Zhenchong equipment into national treasures and hoped to work together to shoulder the banner of the development of the Zhenchong industry, leading the industry and achieving the status of a major national instrument.
Gao Chang'an, Chairman/Shareholder Representative of Beijing Chang'an Guangda Group, expressed gratitude for the strong support of China Energy Construction Zhenchong to Zhenchong Machinery, and that Chang'an Guangda Group will fully assist Zhenchong people in the common development of the Zhenchong industry.
After the meeting, General Manager Hao visited the vibrator production base, warehouse, vibration experiment base and Zhenchong fitness center!
