On September 6, 2022, six sets of 426-180KW vibratory compaction equipment were packaged and shipped to Saudi Arabia. To date, the company has shipped over 100 sets of vibratory compaction equipment to the Middle East.
In 2017, the company established an overseas department. Through market research and the development of strategic plans, vibratory compaction equipment was rapidly adopted in the Middle East within just six months. High-power vibratory compactors, in particular, have shown excellent performance in handling medium-to-coarse sand strata, with the impact range of soil densification between piles reaching over 4 meters. The relative density after construction can reach over 70% (reaching 95% in some strata).
This time, to meet the customer's high-water volume construction needs, a special auxiliary guide rod water-conducting head was provided. This configuration significantly increases the water output; the high water volume during construction can effectively assist the vibratory compactor in penetrating hard strata and replacing the original soil layer.
The overseas team has visited Dubai, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Malaysia to actively explore overseas markets. From October 8th to 10th, 2022, a visit was made to a construction site in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Nearly ten sets of 180KW vibratory compaction equipment manufactured by our company are operating smoothly and have received consistent praise from customers.
