Beijing Zhenchong Machinery and PowerChina Zhenchong held a symposium on strategic collaborative development

On April 3, 2025, Hao Yong, Party Secretary and General Manager of PowerChina Zhenchong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: the Head Office), led some members of the Beijing-based leadership team and leaders of relevant departments to visit Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Beijing Zhenchong Machinery) for a research and discussion meeting. The accompanying members of the leadership team included Liu Feng, Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy General Manager; Qiao Runguo, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Hydropower Business Department; Wang Zhanyou, Deputy General Manager; Wang Wenpeng, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Geotechnical Engineering Department; and Lu Wei, Chief Engineer. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Guangbiao, General Manager of Zhenchong Machinery.

General Manager Zhang began with a welcome address, greeting Hao Yong and his team to Beijing Zhenchong Machinery and expressing gratitude for the comprehensive support provided by Hao Yong and the Head Office in key areas such as human resources, finance, and materials. Hao Yong spoke highly of the current development status of Beijing Zhenchong Machinery, noting that the Zhenchong culture has been passed down and that individuals such as Zhang Guangbiao have taken up the banner of carrying forward the Zhenchong spirit. He also emphasized the need for both companies to further establish an information sharing mechanism to create a strategic synergistic ecosystem; to further develop the value of the "Zhenchong" brand; to achieve complementary advantages; and to build a four-in-one development closed loop of "strategic leadership, management foundation, resource synergy, and risk prevention," comprehensively enhancing the brand value of "Zhenchong" both domestically and internationally.

Following the meeting agenda, General Manager Zhang gave a detailed report on the development history of Beijing Zhenchong Machinery and its current research and development of equipment innovations. The report highlighted the following key areas:

After nearly 20 years of development, Beijing Zhenchong Machinery has a sound organizational structure, having established a "five centers, four departments" strategic framework (International Development/R&D/Product/Operation/Construction Method Promotion Centers + Planning and Operation/Finance/Corporate Development/Personnel and Administration Departments), forming a matrix management system and achieving dual breakthroughs in scientific decision-making and efficient execution. Beijing Zhenchong Machinery currently has 68 employees with undergraduate degrees or above, including 8 masters, 40 mechanical/geotechnical engineers, and 15 multilingual professionals. This professional team builds core competitiveness, forming a technology research and development team with deep integration of industry, academia, and research to ensure equipment R&D and manufacturing.

Beijing Zhenchong Machinery focuses on market development, and its products currently cover more than 60 countries and regions. It has made breakthroughs in high-end European and American markets, serving over 100 domestic and international projects. Through participation in over 50 domestic and international exhibitions, promotion to over 300 design institutes, and tens of millions of digital marketing, a mature market promotion channel has been established, and a market development model with distinct corporate characteristics has been explored.

In recent years, continuous investment has been made in equipment production, and product quality has been highly valued, forming a complete equipment self-inspection and factory delivery mechanism to effectively ensure product quality. The equipment warranty period has been extended to 30,000 running meters. R&D products undergo rigorous factory tests and project verification before mass production; only after sufficient test data and time are secured to ensure product quality can the product enter the market production stage. This ensures the product's reputation in the market and establishes an industry quality benchmark.

The company currently has 40 mature iterative products, has invested nearly 50 million in R&D, and has nearly 100 patented technologies. It has received more than 30 authoritative certifications, including the national-level specialized, refined, and new "small giant" and dual high-tech enterprises, and its product sales are steadily ranked first in China's vibratory pile driving equipment and among the top three globally.

General Manager Zhang's presentation provided a comprehensive and objective introduction to Beijing Zhenchong Machinery, particularly the new products, which drew significant attention from the Head Office's leadership. The leaders and relevant departments from both companies engaged in in-depth discussions on future cooperation models and areas of joint participation.

The successful conclusion of this meeting further deepened cooperation mechanisms such as technical research and development sharing, market channel interoperability, and application scenario co-creation, achieving a synergistic effect of "1+1>2." Zhenchong Machinery Chairman Song Hongying expressed that, under the strategic empowerment of the Head Office, Beijing Zhenchong Machinery will continue to promote the "specialized, refined, and new" development, polishing the "great national equipment" to brighten the "Made in China" brand.
