On June 27, 2024, on the eve of the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Beijing Vibrating Compaction Machinery Party branch organized a party-building activity at the GuanTing Reservoir for Party members and some employees in Beijing.
In 1977, in order to solve the liquefaction phenomenon of the GuanTing Reservoir dam foundation, the Ministry of Water Resources organized the research and development of China's first vibratory compactor, and drove the first vibratory pile in the GuanTing Reservoir. This history is not only the starting point of our industry's development, but also the driving force for the continuous advancement of the vibratory compaction cause.
During the event, the branch organized Party members to renew their oath under the Party flag, awarded the "Vibratory Compaction Person" honorary plaque to Jin Jianlong and Kou Fucheng, who participated in the manufacturing of the first vibratory compactor, and visited the dam site of the GuanTing Reservoir.
