BVEM, shouldering the heavy responsibility of the vibratory milling market

On February 21, 2019, Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. and Beijing Gas and Heat Engineering Co., Ltd. successfully held a technical exchange meeting on the Zhenchong construction method. At the meeting, the company's senior engineers popularized the knowledge of the Zhenchong construction method and equipment, and the company's construction cases to the design institute, and conducted detailed discussions with Director Feng, director of the structural department, and the design personnel of the design institute. This included the applicable soil layers for vibration-compaction piles, operating sites, construction costs and schedules, as well as the impact of vibration-compaction piles on surrounding buildings, roads, and other environments, the inspection standards for vibration-compaction piles, and emergency situations and handling methods during the construction process. After the meeting, the leaders of the Gas and Heat Engineering Company affirmed the practical application of the vibration-compaction method in the foundation treatment of gas stations.
Adhering to the original intention of promoting the vibration-compaction method, Beijing Zhenchong has adjusted its strategic direction since 2018. Within one year, it has successfully held more than 50 technical exchange meetings on the vibration-compaction method with major design institutes and general contractors, including the Beijing Institute of Geological Engineering Exploration, the Hebei Provincial Electric Power Survey and Design Institute of China Power Construction Group, the Tianjin Port and Harbor Engineering Design Institute of China Communications Construction, and the Tianjin Navigation Bureau of China Communications Construction, with more than 1,000 participants.
