The bottom-discharge vibratory hammer achieves precise pile driving during underwater construction, creating an intelligent ground treatment device that integrates pile drilling and driving. Its appearance in the Dibawan port bottom-discharge vibratory hammer stone column project has once again broadened our horizons and challenged our understanding.
 

This project is a typical application example of bottom-discharge vibratory hammers. The simultaneous execution of 38,300 land-based piles with a maximum SPT value of 50 blows and 18,500 sea-based piles with a maximum SPT value of 70 blows has been overwhelming. It is worth mentioning that the sea-based construction section uses two barges, each driving 4 and 3 sets of bottom-discharge vibratory equipment, respectively, with a maximum drilling depth of 35m, all working simultaneously. The vibratory hammer system, hopper system, and stone conveying system have all been fully automated.
