Recently, Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. won the bid for the subcontract of the foundation treatment project for the China-aided Lebanese National Higher Institute of Music. Located in the Dibaye coastal area north of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, the music academy covers an area of approximately 25,000 square meters, with eight floors above ground and one underground floor. It includes a comprehensive teaching building for the music academy, a 1200-seat professional concert hall, and a 350-seat small concert hall. This project is a milestone in consolidating and deepening the friendship between China and Lebanon, and a landmark project in the two countries' joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative and the promotion of people-to-people connectivity.
Currently, the subcontract project is in the early stage of preparation. Under the severe situation of epidemic prevention and control, we strictly implement the national, client, and company requirements on epidemic prevention and control and project work. While doing our utmost to carry out epidemic prevention and control work, we ensure the orderly implementation of the project. Strict health monitoring, temperature checks, and quarantine measures are implemented for personnel going to the construction site; we actively cooperate with the client in transportation and have completed port assembly. Next, we will strictly implement the client's requirements for construction, and adopt standardized management organization and assurance measures for labor organization, construction material collection, construction methods and processes, construction duration, safe construction, epidemic prevention and control, civilized construction sites, post-construction support, construction machinery and equipment, and administrative management, and we will put every detail into practice with a serious and responsible attitude. Leveraging our forty years of experience in domestic and international vibro-compaction construction and the manufacturing of complete sets of vibro-compaction equipment, combined with modern vibro-compaction construction full-process quality control recording instruments, we will ensure high-quality and efficient construction. We will strengthen the management of construction personnel, improve construction quality management, and work together to create a high-quality project. We are ready!
