From November 22 to 25, 2016, China's largest engineering machinery exhibition was held at the Shanghai International Exhibition Center. Giants from various engineering industries made their appearance. As a leader in the vibratory pile foundation industry, Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. showcased its new product—the bottom filling vibratory hammer—at this bauma exhibition.
The bottom filling vibratory hammer is used in bottom filling gravel pile foundation treatment projects. With a power of 180kW, a maximum speed of 1800 rpm, a hopper capacity of 1.2m3, and variable frequency control, it uses a motor circulating water flow method. During construction, the gravel material is sent directly to the bottom of the pile. Air compression forms the hole, and even in poor soil layers, the hole will not collapse. The process requires only a small amount of water, effectively preventing mud pollution. Therefore, the piles formed by the bottom filling vibratory hammer are more accurate, firm, environmentally friendly, economical, and liquefaction-resistant.
From the technical parameters, material selection, and careful manufacturing and assembly to the final perfect appearance, the product fully demonstrates the spirit of Zhenchong machinery: "creating high-quality products and serving those in the vibratory industry."
